Targeted Users: Families, Youths and Couples
O’asis is located atop Fort Canning hill. The site is situated right beside the Registry Of Marriages, it overlooks Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD).
Design Objective: Acts as an urban oasis which allows people to escape the fast-paced and overwhelming city
Design Concept: By having a garden like circulation, it creates a slower perception of time, allowing users to slow down their pace and connect with nature. Just like gardens or parks, the building has pockets of interests where the spaces for programmes are isolated allowing for more intimate activities and interaction to happen between users.
